- The Valoya luminaires previously worked correctly.
- All electrical connections have been checked.
- Electrical power is reaching the product.
- Valoya products have not been modified.
- All Valoya luminaires were connected to LED Drivers before the mains supply was switched on.
- When using a 2-channel LED Driver (with aluminum casing), both channels are used.
