We have access to information that you voluntarily gave us (e.g. through the contact form on our Contact page) as well as some clickstream data automatically collected by several plugins that help run our website.

Automatically Collected Data

Most websites record what each visitor clicks on within their page, how much time they spend on each page, after which page the exit our website etc. The purpose of collecting this data is to better understand the quality of our website as well as which pages need most improvement. Thanks to this we can constantly improve our website to deliver a better browsing experience. We cannot know who is behind those clicks. We can know parts of the information such as your country or the internet browser you use. This is standard procedure on most websites that exist and this data is processed by the Google Analytics tool which creates these reports for us. This data is not sold or rented to anyone.

Voluntarily Provided Data

In regards to data you have voluntarily provided us e.g. your e-mail, your name etc. – we will use this information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. The data provided to us through our contact form ( is automatically fed to our CRM system (Pipedrive) where it is stored and where we track if we answered your query successfully or not. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. with the shipping company to ship an order, with local distributor to help in the sales process etc.

If you have given us your e-mail address we may e-mail you once to ask if you would like to join our mailing list. In that case, the e-mail will have a clearly marked ‘opt-in’ option ( such as ‘Subscribe here’, ‘Click here to receive updates’ or similar) and if you do not give us your consent we will not contact you again. If you do give us your consent, every e-mail that comes to you will have a clearly marked unsubscribe option at the bottom so that you can opt-out at any time you wish.
